App not work

I spent $13.55 to unlock everything and IT DOESNT work! I cant save anything so it is USELESS to me. I REPORT THE PROBLEM but it goes nowhere! No customer service for faulty apps!!!!!
Either FIX IT OR GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!
